Mr. Peepers was R2R's first Boston rescue. He came to us the weekend of Thanksgiving 2000. He was in very bad shape. He was so thin and frail from abuse and starvation. He battled Demodex mange for 6 months while with R2R until his little body could not fight anymore. He passed away the morning of May 18, 2001. His body could no longer fight off the demodex bug and secondary infections that ravaged his body. His immune system totally shut down 3 weeks before his passing. Mr.Peepers was 13 years old.

Peepers will be greatly missed by R2R. He was very loved by the LaFleur family who fostered him from the beginning and were their for him until the end.

Rest in peace now "Little Peeps", Say Hello to Buzz for us :o)
