ThePoop.com's Say Treats! Photo Contest

OFFICIAL RULES

1.ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE.
Open to anyone 18 years of age or older, except employees of ThePoop.com, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, advertising or promotional sponsors and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2.TO ENTER:
See http://www.thepoop.com/enterpet.asp for details. You may enter as many different photos as you like. If more than one photo of a pet is submitted, it will be up to ThePoop.com's discretion as to which photo best suits the contest. If you have submitted more than one pet, it will up to ThePoop.com's discretion if they appear in the same or separate contests. All photos become the property of ThePoop.com. ThePoop.com reserves the right to eliminate without notice any photos which are technically unsuitable for posting on ThePoop.com.

3.WINNERS:
For each contest, ThePoop.com will take all unused entries ever collected and select 16 photos at random to be posted on ThePoop.com, on or about the 1st and 15th of every month. Users may vote for their favorite photo up through midnight (EST) on the last day of the contest. One vote per each member of ThePoop.com per day. The winning entry will be the photo from those 16 which obtains the most votes by the end of each contest. Winners will be notified by the email address submitted with the entry within about 30 days of the end of the contest.

4.PRIZES:
See http://www.thepoop.com/winner_treat.asp for prize specifications. Taxes on any prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. No prize transfer or substitution except by ThePoop.com, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.

5.GENERAL:
By participating, entrants agree to: (i) these rules and the decisions of ThePoop.com, which shall be final in all respects, and (ii) the posting of their entries on ThePoop.com. Winners grant ThePoop.com the right to use their name, likeness, portrait, picture, photo and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes or photo databases and entry into "1000 Woofs" or "Pict of the Litter" without compensation or permission (unless prohibited by law). Winners agree to release ThePoop.com from any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. ThePoop.com is not responsible for late lost or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware or software manfuntions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion or by any human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
