Hello,
I am writing this letter in despare . I am from Athens Greece , (sorry for any misspelling!) I am a owner of a 3 yer old papillion dog who
due to my work obligations usually stays indors in my apartment.
Although taking him out only twice a week , I give him my full attention when I am at the house. The last year or so , he has started peeing everywhere!...

I have a Lhasa-apso about five years old . my
problem with him is he will not stop messing in the house. I`ve tryed the
standard routine of rubbing his nose in it and spanking him to know avail.
