Viewer Question Topic: Biting

Hi there, We have a male Golden Retriever 15 wk. old pup. He is basically a sweet dog ...but, he is getting on our nerves, due to CONSTANT biting and chewing on our hands and arms. We have multiple bite marks all over us. If we are standing or walking, he jumps up to bite or rip clothing. We find this behavior too much to tolerate....and the bigger he gets the harder the bite. oh please help!!!!!! Thanks ever so much for any advice you can give, -Bonnie , Florissant, Missouri

Training, training, training - get into a class on leash and/or shake can aversion training - NOW! Using bitter apple spray may help, may not. Talk to a trainer about "hands on" work. This should be easy to fix.
