"Running outside, kicking up snow at each step they took. This reminded Kassi of Homeward Bound, a movie she had once watched withTommie.

off, she resumed trotting down the path they had been taking for hours.

Exhausted, Kassi flopped down on the side of the path. Snowy snuggled up
